This skirt was created from six rectangular panels of 100% light-medium weight cotton fabric. The sides of the skirt feature large side-seam pockets. As well as 1.5″ turquoise, orange, and green ribbons.

The front and back of the skirt feature a turtle and floral design. All of these panels are then gathered with elastic into the white waistband. This creates a very full bell shape skirt.
