This vest is made of navy coloured melton cloth fabric and lined with 100% polyester lining. The vest features two welt pockets on either panel. The panels also feature black melton cloth fabric with an embroidered series of flowers.

On the backside of the vest there is also black melton cloth fabric with flowers. As well as a seal featuring a buffalo in the prairies with the words “MANITOBA EST. 1870” around it. The vest was finished with white bias tape and stitching.
